This is the Crown Fountain at Millenium Park.
It's a 50ft tall glass block that cycles thru over 1000 pictures of Chicago faces
and nature scenes while water cascades over the LED's.
Way Cool.

including the city skyline and the sky and clouds.

It is truly a beautiful Chicago landmark.
